(A) File upload & Ordering
In our 3D printing hub, you will be uploading the 3D model file that is designed by you or another 3d model you found through other services. You can select the 3D print settings from the menu and can order the required quantity of your part. Once your item are added in the cart, you will asked to provide your address details for shipping and finally you can select the payment method for completing the ordering process.
(B) Intellectual Property Rights of 3D Designs
Designers maintain complete ownership of their intellectual property in their 3D designs, including all derivative works. Teknosbeka shall not use, edit, or exhibit your 3D design or any derivatives thereof. You guarantee that your 3D design is your original work and has not been plagiarised by any person or company by uploading it. You guarantee that your user-generated content won't violate anyone else's intellectual property rights. You agree to defend Teknosbeka against third-party claims and be held accountable for all (direct and indirect) damages and costs paid by Teknosbeka with respect to any claims based on your User Generated Content that are nevertheless determined to be infringing and/or illegal.
(C) Payments and Price
Once you upload your model and select the custom print settings, you will get the price for 3D printing your part. The price listed on the website or platform valid while they are published. Without giving you any alert, Teknosbeka retains the right to modify its rates at any time on the website. Orders placed prior to the new pricing being posted on the website will be unaffected by this change. The price quoted by your 3D print hub, is the price for 3D printing the part. During checkout, the price for packaging, shipping and sales tax will be included.
(D) Cancellation of Order by us
There could be many technical reasons because of which we are not able to accept your order. Teknosbeka has rights to cancel your order anytime and refund you the full amount. We will contact you through email, during the cancellation process and will tell you the reason for the cancellation of your 3D print part.
(E) Return/Cancellation & Warranty
As the order for 3D printing part is placed, within 10 minutes your 3D print starts and your order cannot be cancelled after order placement. As 3D printed parts are customized parts ,we don’t offer any kind of returns on the orders you have placed. Considering the limitations with 3D printing we are not guaranteeing that our 3D print part will be fit to use for a specific purpose. If the parts are faulty we offer 7 days replacement policy, which can be initiated by mailing on info@threedeify.com . Our expert will get connected with you for the discussion of the replacement process and will initiate it once fault is identified. All the shipping & packaging charges will be borne by us during the replacement process.
